These terms apply when you book a treatment or use this website. By placing a booking you agree to them. Please read alongside our privacy policy and cancellation policy.
Who we are
Milton Keynes Sports Therapy Limited(“we”, “us”) operates this website and provides sports therapy, soft-tissue therapy, and remedial massage services at our Milton Keynes clinic. We’re a private limited company registered in England.
Booking and payment
When you place a booking we hold the slot for ten minutes while you complete payment via Stripe. Holds that aren’t paid expire and the slot returns to general availability. A booking is confirmed when Stripe tells us the payment cleared. You’ll get a confirmation email straight after.
Prices shown include all taxes. We accept the major card schemes via Stripe; in-person cash payment is available for receptionist-created bookings only.
Some treatments are available as block-booking packages — pre-paid bundles of sessions at a small discount. Block-booking credits are tied to a specific treatment + therapist tier and expire after the period shown at purchase.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge any time up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window are non-refundable. Full details and the package-credit refund rules are in our cancellation policy.
Conduct of treatment
Treatment is delivered by qualified therapists holding recognised qualifications and appropriate professional indemnity insurance. You agree to:
- arrive on time, or let us know as soon as you can if you’ll be late;
- disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or recent injuries so we can treat you safely;
- raise any concerns during treatment so the therapist can adjust.
We reserve the right to refuse or end treatment if continuing would be unsafe or inappropriate. We may also refuse service for behaviour towards staff that we judge to be abusive or threatening.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — that’s required by UK law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
We don’t exclude your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Website use
The site content (text, images, branding) is ours or used under licence — you may view it for personal use but not re-publish it. The site is provided as-is; we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a booking attempt fails because the site or our payment processor is down, you won’t be charged.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
